What consequences could trade agreements such as TTIP, TISA and BITs have on national and international climate policy?

What effect can other elements of international politics have on the strength of climate agreement in Paris? Can international trade agreements provide a means for limiting climate policy? Is there a necessity for system change and innovation around the trade in order to deal with the environmental problems we face?

The seminar is part of the upwarming week before the climate summit in Paris, and will place climate policy in a new perspective.
