Karibu means “welcome” in Swahili. Although so many physical spaces have been restricted amidst a global pandemic, Karibu partners around the world have been meeting every few weeks since March 2020 for an online meeting point coined the “Karibu Space“.
The Karibu Space is welcoming space where activists have strategized, debated, dreamed, and collaborated across continents, regions and thematic silos – all with the aim inspiring each other to continue the struggle for a more just world.
